📦 Installation and Usage

Q1: How to install plastic seals correctly?

Installation steps:
1. Insert the tip of the seal through the hole or buckle to be sealed
2. Continue pushing until the tip passes through the keyhole on the seal head
3. Pull firmly until you hear a "click" sound, indicating that it is locked.
4. Check if the seal is secure and cannot be pulled back
5. Record the serial number on the seal for tracking purposes

Note: The seal is for one-time use and cannot be reused after installation. Any removal will leave obvious signs of damage.

Q2: How to install the high security seal (bolt seal)?

Installation steps:
1. Insert the bolt partially through the lock hole of the container door
2. Align the seal body with the end of the bolt
3. Push firmly until it is fully locked and you hear a "click" sound.
4. Confirm that the seal cannot be pulled out or rotated
5. Take photos to record the seal number and installation status

Tip: High-security seals are suitable for containers, cargo containers and other high-security scenarios, and comply with international shipping standards.

Q3: How to use the wire seal correctly?

Installation steps:
1. Pass the wire rope through the location that needs to be sealed (such as valves, meter boxes, etc.)
2. Insert the end of the wire into the lock hole of the seal body
3. Push it all the way in to ensure the locking mechanism is engaged
4. Test by gently pulling to ensure it cannot be pulled out
5. Record the serial number and take a photo for archiving

Applicable scenarios: electricity meters, water meters, tanker truck valves, trailers, warehouse doors, etc.

Q4: How to remove the seal?

All seals are one-time tamper-proof design , removal method:
Plastic seals: Use scissors or seal-specific scissors to cut. • High-security seals: Use pliers or bolt cutters. • Wire seals: Use wire cutters to cut the wire.

Important reminder: Before removal, be sure to record the seal number, removal time, removal personnel and reason for traceability management.
